Earlier this month we got together with our friends Jenni and Craig and their little girl Tayla and Carin and Dustin with their little boy Cole for pizza.
It was a great time to get out and enjoy some interaction and great food (World Famous Pizza - yummy!)

Carin and I finally got Jack and Cole together this month. Jack and Cole are about 4 months apart. Jack looks huge next to him, but I know Cole will catch up pretty fast. (You can read here more about Cole).
It was great to have Dustin and Jared together holding their boys who will hopefully be best friends just like their Dads!
I think in a few more months they will interact and play more with each other.
I can't wait!!!

This has been the year of weddings for us. We recently attended our friend's Josh and Trisha's wedding. It was great time - we saw a lot people we haven't seen in years.
Trisha looked beautiful and Josh looked the happiest I have ever seen him.
We wish Josh and Trisha the best!

We brought dinner over to our friend's home, Carin and Dustin, last week. Jared hasn't seen Cole yet and boy was he surprised to actually see how little he is! Cole is adjusting great and so is Carin! He is just too cute. Here are some pictures I took that night.
Cole can't be around small children yet. But we can't wait for Jack to meet his new best bud, Cole. Hopefully they'll be best friends just like their Dads.

Sycamore had their annual Pumpkin Fest - the weather was great until Sunday, the day of the parade. It was so cold and the wind was extreme - we couldn't stay out any longer, so we left early and headed to Amy's house for the after party.
But we did get to spend some time with our friends.
Ainsley is Jody and Jeremy's little girl - she'll be 2 in December.
She is such a cutie and of course, couldn't sit still for the pictures!

Than on Sunday before the parade we stopped to see our friends Erin and Chad with their little girl Lana. Crazy enough - Lana and Jack we born on the same day, 2 hours apart! It was great for Chad and Jared (good friends) to spend the day in the hospital together as their wives prepared for the birth of the babies.
It was great seeing Lana and Jack together.






Jack had such a crazy weekend with little nap time - this is NOT a staged pose. He actually fell asleep on his Dad's lap like this (shhh...but for some reason, Jack loves beer bottles! So he is always trying to grab his Dad's and here he decided to sleep instead of trying to get the bottle!).
