Looking Back to March

I have mix feelings about the month of March. Here in Illinois we are transitioning from Winter to Spring and it can either be nice or nasty. One day can be nice and sunny reaching into the 50s, but snow the next day with lows in the teens, even a possible blizzard! But it is nice to know that Winter is almost over and soon we'll be seeing the grass get green, buds on the trees and tulips sprouting up from the ground.
And soon we'll be wanting to get outside and enjoy it!

Here are some pics of what went on during the month of March in the Freeman Household.

Do you remember the fun it was to rub balloons on the floor and create the static electricity and make your hair stick to them? Here we have Andrew and Jack enjoying just that! It's so cute to see how much fun Jack was having playing with his big bro.

Henry drooled forever and still at 8 months, no teeth!

Jack and I having fun with the camera.

Loving Mama...

Daddy giving Jack a nice little massage. I think he really enjoyed ;)

I just love taking close up pics of children. Their features are just precious, flawless skin, big eyes... such innocence.

Jack and Henry hanging out.

Henry didn't enjoy food right away. Here is after he is done with his carrots. But now, oh my! He can't get enough.

My nose!

Why, Hello there!

Smiles in the bathtub.

So he are some snap shots of me trying to get the boys altogether for a nice picture.
Of course this one would have been perfect, but do you see Andrew's thumb? Don't know why he did that?!

Jack showing his little lego guy. Not bad...

Jack getting bored...

getting antsy...

And now he is really over and done with it!

1. Andrew started wearing his contacts FINALLY that we got him last Fall. Outcome: He loves them!
2. Jack doesn't love all food. He doesn't like kiwi, believe or not.
3. Jared has been working hard on his parent's house so they can move out soon.
4. Andrew found a 2 sided Heads Quarter in his Grandma's purse. Not sure if it's real, it seems a little lighter than a regular quarter. We're going to take it to a coin collector up town and see what they say.
5. Jack will be 11 months this month. Can you believe we'll be celebrating his first birthday next month?!
6. Stacia has been keeping busy with her side business - it's really picking up this year.
7. Andrew has 40 days left of school.
8. Jack tried bacon for the first time on Easter Sunday and of course, he loves it!
9. Jared and Stacia finally had a date night this past weekend. It was so nice to get out! It had been too long.
10. Jack is closer to walking everyday. I think he'll be walking by his first birthday.
11. Andrew hangs out at the library almost everyday after school - Awesome!
12. Stacia is ready for Spring to officially be here.
13. It was Uncle Brian's birthday this past Friday - Happy Birthday… we love you!
14. We have an awesome church - because of the economy, they took $50 off Andrew's camp price so more kids can make it this year. And if you paid by the end of March, you saved a $100 off the total price.
15. Grandma Kris' birthday is coming up this Friday - Happy Birthday… we love you lots xoxo
16. Jack is doing well climbing the new stairs in our house. Of course he has some help from us!
17. Jody and Jeremy will be adding a new addition to their family this coming Monday. I can't wait to meet Baby Girl Bridge!!
18. My Grandma's birthday is this week as well - I miss her lots. I love you Grandma.
19. Stacia got to go to the Flea Market this month - it had been too long. Didn't find what I was looking for (buffet for the dining room) - hopefully next month.
20. We're all looking forward to some warm weather this week!

Around the house

Well, the groundhog saw his shadow again! I think I overhead on the news that the groundhog has not seen his shadow a handful of times - oh well, another 6 weeks of winter!
So we have been keeping busy. Here are some pics of what has been going on "around the house".

I introduced Jack to graham crackers this month - and oh my! does he love them.
Here are some pics of him stuffing his face with them!
And thanks to my friend Alison who made his adorable hat!!!

Andrew got the Wii Fit this month for his Wii. Here he is doing some sort of balancing act on it. It's really cool - we really enjoy playing it together as a family.

One day I was sitting in the chair and pushed Jack closer to the window so he could see out. He soon discovered the curtain and started playing "Where's the baby?" One of his favorite games!

Where's the Baby?

There he is!

Jack showing his teeth off - he now has 6 total (2 on the top and 4 on the bottom)!
