Another Fun Day at Ceco

We had another fun day at Ceco with Kevin, Diana and the kids. Unfortunately Andrew wasn't able to be there again, but he was in California visiting family - so I believe we have no argue there!
The weather was a lot nicer this time around and the water was a lot warmer. Jack really enjoyed this time around. I think he had more fun in the sand than the water though!

Here we are starting the morning off. He never wears his Cubs hat indoors, so I had to get a pic!

Getting use to the water.

Daddy playing with Jack - he really liked this.

Getting a rinse down from Grandma Kathy.

I'm KING of the Sand!

Brother Fun

Here are some pics of Andrew and Jack having fun on the deck. Of course Jack was able to get Andrew to fall into the pool! He enjoyed that very much!

This past weekend we celebrated Jared's 30th birthday party. We worried at first with the weather, but ended up being a great late afternoon and evening.
We held the party in our backyard with the new deck (pics to come soon) that Jared built with the help from his good friend Joe.

Overall - the party was a success! And I want to say many THANKS to everyone who helped out that day. I would not have been able to do it without you - Love you much XOXO!

Here are some great pics from that day - Jared had a blast!

The kiddies playing in Jack's water table. It was so fun to get them all together.

Andrew gave Jared his present that him and Grandma picked out. Jared was shocked when I told him we can hang it in the living room.

And nothing like finishing the night with a glass of Don Julio Tequila!

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABE - I LOVE YOU!!!!!

It's a Boy!

I can't believe it! I did have a little hunch that we were going to have another boy, but just thought maybe I would be wrong, and it would be girl. But God definitely has a plan for my life raising 3 boys and a husband!
We are really excited and happy. Andrew is thrilled and of course Jack is clueless! But it will be great for Jack to have a baby brother who will only be a year and half younger than him. Hopefully they will be best buds.
This time around Jared and I actually agreed on a name before we found out… Henry. And we plan on calling him Hank. I am not a big fan of nicknames, but I just love the name Hank. I think it will fit him quite well ;)

Life certainly gets busy. I realized I haven't posted in over a month, so sorry about that.
Here are some events that went on in the Freeman Family Life for you to view and I promise to post something new every week!

A few things that have been going on:
Andrew enjoyed a nice week with his Grandma Kris in the Grand Canyon. They hiked some great trails and saw some amazing work by our Lord. They said is was beautiful!
Andrew just got back from camp. He went up North in Wisconsin about 6 hours away with our church. He said it was the best year yet!
House work is going good. Jared started on our deck - it's going to look great. We haven't done much else inside since we wanted to get the deck built. Just more cosmetic touches that I am doing.
Hopefully the next project will be the kitchen.

Found it!

Mother's Day 2009

One of Jack's favorite spots in the house, the back door in the kitchen - he just loves looking at all the animals in the backyard.

Jack's first time at the pool

Splashing his feet in the water and liking it!

Not sure about this mom…

Okay - it's not too bad!

Jack loves the water now. He just can't wait to get in when we arrive!

Austin found a frog to play with!

The water was just too cold to get fully in, so we just got our feet wet.

Jack turns One!!!!

I can't believe our little baby boy is One. Time certainly flies by when you're having fun.
This past Saturday, May 16th - we celebrated Jack's first birthday. The party was a hit and everyone had a great time. I decided to do the baseball theme with emphasis on our favorite team, the Chicago Cubs. They were even on at noon against the Houston Astros and won (side note: The played the day Jack was born as well and won!).
I had a lot of ball park food including a Hot Dog Bar where you can make your own hot dog or actually follow the right directions and make true Chicago Dog. Everyone loved them!
Jack received a lot of great gifts and was so excited to play with them.

Thank you again to everyone - We Love You!!!!

In the end, he didn't devour it like we thought he would. I think he is more a meat and potato kind of boy!
